As many of you know, we have an app! It's available for free to download (here is it for iTunes and Google Play). We created the app because we wanted a convenient and easy way for you to take all the YBC content with you while on the go.
On the app, you will find all of our YouTube videos organized far better than on YouTube (in my humble opinion), as well as a cool instagram-like feature and a couple other neat things as featured in the video above.
There is also a second part to the YogaByCandace Official App and that is the Exclusive Section. In order to access the content there, you'll need to subscribe from within the app. It costs $1.99 per month. In the past, I have uploaded exclusive, never-before-seen content once per week and I varied it between guided meditations, yoga tips, inspirational quotes for your practice, and yoga videos.
In November, I decided I wanted to switch things up a bit, and I hosted a portion of our 15 Day Namaslay Hip Opening Yoga Program there. While the yoga program was available for free on the blog with photos, I supplemented the program for our Exclusive subscribers by including an audio of each day's practice on the Exclusive Section of the app. We got a great response, so I started thinking about how we can improve the Exclusive Section and offer new, exciting content that would be helpful, inspiring and fun for your guys.
I asked your thoughts on instagram the other day, and so many people chimed in with their thoughts about what they'd like to see and with ideas for how we can improve the app. Many of you requested more workout related content, and I am going to start doing that in the first quarter of 2017, so stay tuned for that. I've also presented your improvement requests to our developer in Japan, and hopefully we will be able to make those changes in the coming months.
A side note about how my app works: I have a developer in Japan who does all the technical stuff. I am the opposite of tech savvy, so his team takes care of all the back end programing stuff, and I simply create and upload the content.
Moving forward, I'd like to share what I've got planned for each month ahead, so you can decide if you'd like to opt in for the Exclusive Section of the app. In January, I'll be doing a 30 day yoga program (I'll share the theme at the end of December, when I officially announce it!). In the meantime, December will look like this:

- Four poses to work up to wheel pose
- Yoga video with a focus on wheel pose (using a yoga wheel!)
- Yoga Tip: My favorite song for savasana.
Fourth week of December:
- Four poses to work up to camel pose
- Yoga video with a focus on camel pose
- 10 minute guided meditation to calm an anxious mind
