The other day I filmed this intermediate yoga video that targets the abs, arms and hips. It's particularly good for anyone who wants to tone up and stretch. As always, move within a pain-free motion. TIP: For the pose above, make sure to squeeze the core and stay on the fingertips, rather than sinking into the hands.
