Today I'm bringing it back to basics by breaking down the poses in Sun Salutation A. I go through it twice in this video - the first time is slowed down so I can offer tips, modifications and explanations in each posture. The second time is in real time so you can do it with me. In a regular yoga class, instructors don't always go through each posture step by step and it's easy to develop poor habits, so I hope this helps to clear up any confusion out there.
