This is one of the juices I drank during my juice cleanse. I used Swiss chard, which I've never used before, and I was pleasantly surprised by the light, almost sweet flavor. It wasn't at all bitter like arugula. It's really important to switch up the greens you use in juices and smoothies, so give this a try if chard isn't your everyday veggie.
Ingredients for Green Energy Juice
1 English cucumber
1 bunch parsley
Swiss chard (I used the whole thing)
1in piece of ginger root
Directions for Green Energy Juice
Send all the ingredients through the juicer (I use this one) and drink immediately.
