Post Workout Massage

I had a couple requests on how to relax tight muscles after a workout. Besides the obvious (a bath, stretching, etc) I wondered what I could share that might be helpful, so I asked my cousin Emily, a licensed massage therapist, to show the basics of giving a post workout massage.
