Let us bring yoga to the workplace! It's a great team building option and a number of health insurance companies give discounts for wellness offerings like yoga. Classes can be continuous or a one-time workshop. Past events have included chair yoga and stretching, and guided meditation.

SWEAT DVD

The YogaByCandace SWEAT DVD is a 60 minute vinyasa flow that offers modifications and ways to go deeper in the practice so you'll always be moving forward. More information and trailer here.

Custom Yoga Retreats

If you have a group of people (eight to ten is ideal, but we can work with more or less) who are interested in a yoga weekend or retreat together, the YBC team will create a bespoke yoga retreat with Candace.  Retreats can take place anywhere in the world for as few as three nights or as many as ten.
