With only three little ingredients and less than five minutes to make, I've kept a batch of this sorbet in the freezer ever since my mother-in-law introduced me to the recipe about a month ago. Being more of a cookie person, I don't usually gravitate toward frozen desserts but the sorbet is so flavorful and so refreshing on a hot day that I think my cookie days are on hold (for now).
