Team YBC® will be hitting the road this fall for our Namaslay® 2.0 Fall Yoga Workshop Tour! We'll be making stops all across the country because we love to meet our YBCers in person. You can expect carefully designed yoga workshops to jumpstart your practice and reignite your yoga passion. But that's not all! We're also going to be scheduling coffee hour meet-ups at some of the cities as our schedule permits so we can hang in person, develop a deeper connection within the YBC® Community, and so you can get to know our team, plus some YBCers in your area! The coffee hour meet ups will be announced closer to the date via @YBCevents, so be sure you're following along!

Washington, DC - Namaslay® Flow and Fly, An Arm Balance Workshop
Class Description: This Namaslay® Flow and Fly class is a strength building arm balance workshop. We will work on core and upper body strength exercises that you can begin to implement into your personal practice, and then we will dive into various arm balances including crow, side crow, forearm stand, and handstand.

Dallas, Texas - Namaslay® Best of Both Worlds Workshop
Class Description: This Best of Both Worlds workshop will start with a guided centering with aromatherapy, before we move into a delicious slow flow vinyasa to build heat. From there, we will work with various strength building exercises through the upper body, lower body, and core strength, before diving into various arm balances including crow, side crow, forearm stand, and handstand. We'll end with a guided meditation for manifesting what you want.

Chicago, Illinois - Namaslay® Half-day Yoga Immersion
Class Description: This half-day yoga immersion will help to jumpstart your yoga practice, and deepen your connection to yourself. We'll start with a guided meditation for manifesting what you want, move into a juicy slow flow vinyasa to build heat, and explore various arm balances like crow, side crow, headstand and handstand. Then, we'll slow it down for a deep, hip opening blindfold yoga practice.

Vancouver, Canada - Namaslay® Arm Balance and Guided Meditation Workshop
Class Description: This Namaslay® Arm Balance workshop will begin with a slow flow vinyasa to build heat. Then, we will explore various strength building exercises you can incorporate into your personal practice. From there, we will play with arm balances including crow, headstand, forearm stand, 8 angle pose and handstand. Then, we'll wind it down with a guided meditation for manifesting what you want.
