A Final Note

I prefer my retreats to be really relaxed. There is no pressure. No one to impress, nothing to worry about. All classes are optional. Everything is very laid back. All level students are welcome - from the total beginner to the most advanced. The only thing we ask is that you listen to your body and mind and honor what you need. This is your vacation and your experience, so anything my team or I can do to make your stay better, all you have to do is let us know. xo
