We're headed back to Miami for a very special weekend yoga retreat as the last stop of our book tour for Namaslay.

Namaslay is a life philosophy. It's about leading with love, kindness, compassion for yourself and others. It's about believing in your inherent strengths, nurturing growth, welcoming challenges and taking no shit. This yoga weekend will encompass all of that so that you leave feeling empowered, rejuvenated, and ready to welcome the next chapter of your life with open arms. This weekend is appropriate for all levels. You will be lovingly pushed just outside your comfort zone so that you can grow, learn, and be surprised by just how amazing you already are.

Details

Dates: November 10, 2016 - November 13, 2016. 

Logistics: You can fly into either Miami or Ft Lauderdale airports. You can rent a car (recommended - we can connect you with others at the retreat if you'd like to share expenses), or you can take a taxi or uber to our venue. 

Schedule: 

November 10, 2016

5pm: Welcome to the venue. 

6pm: Optional trip to the Grove for Candace's book signing. Dinner on your own downtown. Return on your own back to the venue. 

November 11, 2016

5am - 6am: Sunrise wake up yoga. This slow flow will work to gently wake you up as you focus on transitions and strength while we move through a playfully sequenced vinyasa.

6:30am - Breakfast at the house.

7:30am - 3pm Free time. Go out and explore, hang by the pool, or hit up the beaches. Lunch on your own.

3pm - 3:30pm Hiit workout and cool down. Get ready to SWEAT. This hiit workout will be super quick yet effective. 

3:30pm - 6:30pm Free time - Dinner on your own.

6:30pm - 8:30pm - Namaslay Yoga Workshop. This powerful yoga practice will be open the locals in the area. We'll begin with a guided meditation and then focus on waking up the core. From there we will play with arm balances and a power practice, before winding it down for a guided yoga nidra meditation.

November 12, 2016

7am - 8:30am - Blindfold yoga class. This class tests your balance, strength, and belief in yourself. You'll use a blindfold we provide which will help you go inward during our vinyasa class. 

8:30am - Breakfast at the house. 

9:30am - 3:30pm Free time. Lunch on your own. Set up a massage, head out to go shopping, hit up the beaches, or lounge by the pool.

3:30pm - 4:oopm - Hiit workout and cool down. This hiit workout will be quick yet effective so you feel like you got a great workout in. We'll end with gentle stretching to cool down and quiet the mind.

4:00pm - 6:30pm - Free time.

6:30pm - 8:30pm - Heart opening yoga practice. This powerful yoga practices helps to open up the front body as well as the shoulders and hips. But more than that, it helps to improve posture, build confidence, and reaffirms your own inherent strength. 

8:30pm - Dinner on your own.

6:30am - 7:30am Sunrise balance yoga class. This transformational yoga class addresses balance on and off the mat. The readings will help you consider how to find balance in your life, so you leave feeling calm and centered. 

7:30am - Breakfast at the house.

8:30am - All good things must come to an end. Time to say our goodbyes! We'll need to depart by 9am. 

Pricing and Accommodations

We'll be staying in a privately owned gorgeous waterfront mansion with a pool, fully equipped kitchen, and lots of space to lounge and unwind.

What's included: 3 night accommodation in room of your choice, 3 breakfasts, 5 yoga classes/workshops, 2 hiit workouts and cool down sessions, swag bag.

What's not included: flights, travel insurance, lunches and dinners. Note: This will be a very low key retreat. We can make lunches/dinners together if that suits the group, or go out. As people book, we can connect you with others if you'd like to share a car rental (recommended).

King bedroom with en suite bathroom - Single accommodation $1250, or share with a friend/significant other: $1000 each

Queen bedroom - Single accommodation $1099, or share with a friend/significant other: $899 each

Slumber Party Budget Option (common area air mattress / couch): $850
