Customized Personal Training Program
6 Week Customized Online Personal Training Program - Candace will create a 6 week customized training program according to your needs, focus, equipment available, and goals. You’ll fill out the form that’ll pop up upon check out so she’ll have all the info she needs. You will receive your program within seven business days via email from Jan@yogabycandace.com (please add her to your contacts). Your program will come as a google doc with links to exercises (some by Candace, some by other people) so you know exactly what to do, and you can always reach out to us if you have questions. All sales are final.
Important Due to demand, please allow Candace 7 business days to design your program.
Training Program and 6 Zoom Weekly Check-Ins: $199 (includes CT Sales Tax)
NOTE: You will be asked to send in body composition photos so Candace can identify muscle imbalance. To ensure you get the best assessment, please ensure the photos are taken straight on, not at an angle. Have the person taking your photos hold the camera between hip and shoulder height. If possible, take the photos in natural light, and with form fitting clothing or a bathing suit. Please ensure your feet and head are in each frame of the photo so Candace can best assess your posture. Please do not wear shoes, so Candace can assess your foot position. Please also note that foam rolling is one of the integral pieces of Candace’s programming, so if you don’t have one, please order one now so you’re ready when your program arrives.
