Intention Factor™ Ease In Workout Program

If you’re interested in building a stable and solid foundation and moving intentionally, we strongly recommend making completing our Ease In Workout Program. This program is comprised of two sections:

Foundations: Training to Train

Foundations is our “training to train” program. It is a six week program consisting of 4 workouts with a strong emphasis on postural awareness, appropriate foam rolling, and exercises to help create a solid and stable foundation through the glutes, core, and back. This is strongly recommended for people who are either brand new to working out, or who have decided to go back to basics due to injury, weakened glutes, core, or back issues. If you don’t have any of those issues, you may still want to give it a look and weave in any new-to-you movements you see as you work through the second part of the program.

Ease In

Our Ease In workout program is six weeks and consists of 3 intentionally designed workouts per week, plus two optional active recovery follow-along workouts. It is meant to be done after the Foundations section. We strongly recommend following this portion of the program in its entirety to develop a solid foundation and introduction to working out..
