Welcome to Monday! Ever since I started YBC, I've loved Mondays. I like the unknown that the week brings, and am always excited to get to down to business. This week is a little different because I'm traveling for work (feel free to virtually join me instagram), but I've got some exciting plans underway and I can't wait to share.
Here's the first suggested schedule for the Feb project. Remember, this is just a suggested schedule. If you're a beginner, you're feeling under the weather, or you're more advanced, I encourage you to modify each practice until it feels right for you. The highest form of yoga is listening to the body, acknowledging what it needs, and most importantly, giving the body what it needs - so allow yourself to do that with the schedule.
As always, work within a pain-free range, and remember you can always head over to the Yoga Forum for help, accountability, and to seek/offer advice. I'm looking forward to checking in on instagram later today to see what poses you've chosen! Cheers to Day 1!
