We're back with another weekly yoga video and this week I'm offering up a twenty minute, slow, stretching, hatha style yoga video. This is a yoga sequence that is excellent for beginners, or anyone looking to improve their mobility. This is not a faced paced, power style yoga at all. Rather, this is slow paced, with a few seconds hold during each posture so you can get a good stretch. You should finish this yoga video feeling really relaxed and restored. I hope you guys enjoy.
