In this month's Beauty Files post, I wanted to talk hair. I get a lot of questions about how to wear your hair for yoga or a workout so that it doesn't fall down and get in the way. With the exception of a really bad haircut I got in Germany, I've pretty much always had long, side-swept bangs. The only problem is that sometimes when I get them trimmed, they're not quite long enough to be pulled up into my messy bun or ponytail and they wind up falling into my face. I think we can all agree that there is little worse than sweaty bangs sticking to your face in the middle of a hot yoga class! So now I've learned that when they're shorter, I need to switch up my hairstyle. I braid them into the updo and I'm good to go!
