A few weeks ago someone requested a longer guided meditation, so I put together this nine minute body scan guided meditation while I was in London. I partnered up with Montcalm Royal London and the room they put me up in was awesome! It had this great terrace overlooking the city, and it made for the perfect spot to do a little yoga (and a hiit workout).

This guided meditation is perfect for if you're feeling stressed or anxious, or just need to regroup after a tough day. You can't really do this the wrong way - just sit anywhere you'd like, whether it's the couch or the yoga mat, close your eyes and listen. It always blows my mind how quickly the body can calm down, and how little it takes - you literally just sit there and breathe. It's a good reminder that no matter what, we have the power to feel better. All we have to do is breathe.
