With only three little ingredients and less than five minutes to make, I've kept a batch of this sorbet in the freezer ever since my mother-in-law introduced me to the recipe about a month ago. Being more of a cookie person, I don't usually gravitate toward frozen desserts but the sorbet is so flavorful and so refreshing on a hot day that I think my cookie days are on hold (for now).
1 cup frozen berries
1/2c milk of choice (I used almond milk)
1T high quality pure maple syrup (you could use honey)
Put everything in a high powered blender (I use an old version of this one) for about five minutes until you get a sorbet consistency. Eat right away or save in the freezer for later.
